Refund and Subscription Policy

1. Subscription Plan

DinAI Israel offers a Pro subscription plan at 79₪ per month (Israeli New Shekel). The Pro plan provides unlimited access to AI legal chat, document generation, case management, and all premium features. Pricing is stated inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

2. Free Trial

New users are offered a 3-day free trial upon registration. The following conditions apply to the free trial:

• The trial period begins on the date of account registration
• The trial lasts for 3 calendar days
• Trial usage may be subject to limits on the number of AI queries or document generations
• After the trial expires, continued access to premium features requires a paid Pro subscription
• DinAI Israel reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without notice

3. Renewal

Pro subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. Your subscription will renew on the same day each month as the original subscription start date. You will be charged the applicable monthly fee at the start of each billing cycle. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the Settings page in your account or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing cycle.

5. Refunds

Payments for DinAI Israel subscriptions are generally non-refundable once service access has been provided or used. This policy reflects the digital nature of the Service and the immediate availability of features upon payment.

Exceptions may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Technical billing errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts will be corrected and refunded
• Exceptional circumstances: Refund requests submitted within 14 days of a charge may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• Service unavailability: If the Service was completely unavailable for an extended period due to our technical failure, a proportional credit or refund may be offered

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your access to Pro features may be limited or suspended until payment is successfully processed. We may attempt to retry the payment automatically. If payment cannot be collected after repeated attempts, your subscription may be downgraded to the free tier. You will be notified by email if your payment fails.

7. Price Changes

DinAI Israel reserves the right to change subscription pricing. If we increase the price of the Pro plan, we will provide advance notice to active subscribers by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
