1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DinAI Israel (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and DinAI Israel. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

DinAI Israel is an AI-powered legal information platform designed to assist users with matters related to Israeli law. The Service provides:

  • AI-generated legal information and explanations based on user-provided facts
  • Document drafting assistance, including letters, complaints, and legal templates
  • Case organization tools for managing legal situations
  • General guidance on Israeli legal procedures and consumer rights
  • Support for Hebrew, Russian, and English language queries

The Service expressly does not provide:

  • Legal representation or advocacy on your behalf
  • An attorney-client relationship of any kind
  • Filing of documents with any court or government authority
  • Guarantees of any legal outcome or result
  • Certified or notarized legal documents

3. Not Legal Advice

All content, responses, and documents generated by DinAI Israel are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. The information provided may be incomplete, outdated, or inapplicable to your specific situation. Israeli laws, regulations, and court procedures change frequently, and the Service may not reflect the most current legal developments.

You should not rely solely on information from DinAI Israel when making legal decisions. For any matter with legal consequences, you should consult a licensed Israeli attorney who can advise you based on the specific facts of your situation.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying any legal information before acting on it
  • Providing accurate and complete facts when using the Service
  • Not submitting false, misleading, or fabricated information
  • Not using the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Not relying solely on AI-generated content for important legal decisions
  • Reviewing and editing any AI-generated documents before use
  • Understanding that deadlines, court dates, and legal rights may be time-sensitive

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use DinAI Israel to:

  • Commit fraud, deception, or any criminal activity
  • Fabricate, alter, or misrepresent evidence in any legal proceeding
  • Impersonate another person, attorney, or official
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
  • Upload or transmit illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
  • Attempt to bypass payment systems, security measures, or access controls
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attack the platform or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without authorization
  • Resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs without permission

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. AI Limitations

Artificial intelligence systems, including those used by DinAI Israel, have inherent limitations. You acknowledge that:

  • AI can make factual errors, misinterpret context, or produce incorrect legal information
  • AI responses are generated based on patterns and training data, not legal expertise
  • Generated documents are templates and may not be suitable for your specific situation without modification
  • Responses are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or up to date
  • Urgent legal matters, court deadlines, and criminal proceedings require professional legal assistance
  • The AI does not have access to your full legal history, court records, or confidential case files

7. Documents Generated by the Service

Documents, letters, and legal drafts produced by DinAI Israel are templates and starting points only. They are not certified legal documents. You must:

  • Review all generated documents carefully before use
  • Edit and adapt documents to your specific facts and circumstances
  • Have important documents reviewed by a licensed attorney before submission
  • Understand that submitting an incorrect or incomplete document may have legal consequences

DinAI Israel is not responsible for any outcome resulting from the use of generated documents.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

DinAI Israel offers a subscription-based service with the following terms:

  • Pro Plan: 79₪ per month, billed monthly
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled
  • You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid charges
  • Access to premium features may be limited or suspended if payment fails
  • Prices are stated in Israeli New Shekel (₪) and are subject to applicable taxes

9. Free Trial

New users may be offered a free trial period of 3 days. The following conditions apply:

  • The trial begins upon account registration
  • Trial duration is 3 calendar days from the date of registration
  • The trial may include usage limits on AI queries and document generation
  • After the trial period expires, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription
  • DinAI Israel reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time

10. Refunds

Payments for DinAI Israel subscriptions are generally non-refundable once service access has been provided or used. However:

  • Exceptional refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Duplicate charges or technical billing errors will be reviewed and corrected
  • Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge

11. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. DinAI Israel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Are used for abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity
  • Provide false registration information
  • Engage in behavior that harms other users or the platform

12. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to DinAI Israel. By uploading content, you grant DinAI Israel a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content for the purpose of providing AI-assisted responses. You represent that:

  • You have the right to share the uploaded content
  • The content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law
  • You understand that uploaded content may be processed by third-party AI providers

You should exercise caution when uploading sensitive personal data, confidential business information, or documents subject to legal privilege.

13. Privacy

Your use of DinAI Israel is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Third-Party Services

DinAI Israel uses third-party services to operate the platform, including:

  • OpenAI: AI language model provider for generating responses
  • Hosting providers: Cloud infrastructure for running the Service
  • Authentication providers: Secure login and account management
  • Payment providers: Processing subscription payments
  • Analytics tools: Understanding usage patterns to improve the Service

These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. DinAI Israel is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

15. Availability and Changes

DinAI Israel does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, update, or discontinue features at any time
  • Update legal information sources and AI models
  • Change pricing with reasonable advance notice
  • Modify these Terms, with notice provided to registered users

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DinAI Israel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DinAI Israel and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Any decisions made based on AI-generated information or documents
  • Legal outcomes, court decisions, or government actions
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI responses
  • Loss of data, business, or opportunity
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
